· Participant Registration
Dear Participants,
the online registration can be made here. For further information please do not hesitate to contact the Velo-city 2023 Conference Office Team:
- All prices are excluding 19% VAT.
- Once you have finished the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email. Please also check your SPAM/Junk folder. Should you not receive the email, please contact the Conference Office Team.
- Payment methods: online by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer
- The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the online registration is received before the mentioned super early bird or early bird deadlines, it will only be validated if the payment is received by the announced deadline.
¹ Students: Please note that students will be required to provide a proof of status by uploading a document during the registration process. Please have your document (certificate of enrollment or copy of student ID, JPEG- or PDF-file) ready.
² Developing Countries list is based on the World Bank classification. Developing Countries Fee is applicable to delegates from:
- Low income economies
- Lower-middle income economies
- Upper-middle income economies
³ Speaker registration is valid only for the speakers with an accepted abstract. Speakers and reviewers will receive a personalized access for their profile in a separate email. Please use this personalized access in order to book the reduced fee for speakers/reviewers.

- Technical Visits (on a first come, first served basis. One person can select and attend only one technical visit.)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations before February 28, 2023 will receive a full refund minus an administrative charge of Euro 75.
- Cancellations from March 1, 2023 to April 18, 2023 will receive 50% refund.
- Cancellations on and after April 19, 2023 will not receive any refund.
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the Conference Office Team by email at info@velo-city2023.com.
