This year is record breaking! We would like to thank the 730+ Velo-citizens who submitted an abstract.

In line with previous editions, Velo-city 2023 Leipzig will build an interactive and engaging programme based on your submissions. Stay tuned!

TIMELINE

19-21 December, 2022: Abstract allocation during the Programme Committee meeting
20 January, 2023: Publication of the preliminary programme with session titles
End of January 2023: Notification on abstract status
28 February, 2023: Deadline for speaker confirmation and registration
End of March 2023: Programme publication with the speakers and sessions
28 April, 2023: Deadline to submit the final presentation
